Bull Point Estate
Location: Port Mouton, NS
Located on a peninsula on the South Shore, it features a private shoreline and a bright modern event space.
The Idle Hour

A newly restored ship captain’s home. This beautiful 2500 sf heritage building has so much character.
Sandy Point Lighthouse Community Centre

The non-traditional wedding venue combines an outdoor ceremony space with a community hall for small receptions, offering a rustic maritime atmosphere. And! You can walk to the lighthouse across a sandbar at low tide.
The Schoolhouse

Originally built in 1839, this schoolhouse in the famous fishing village of Peggy’s Cove has been restored as a gathering space, offering a stunning coastal backdrop.

A perfect venue for intimate and luxurious weddings. It offers on-site accommodation, a dedicated culinary team, and scenic outdoor ceremony sites.
Adventure Elopement Ideas
Charter a boat and get married at sea.
Elope by an iconic Nova Scotia lighthouse.
Get married on any number of beaches - rocky coastal barren, white sand or red sand.
Know Before You Go
Be prepared for bugs and possibly harsh sun!
If you get married at a public beach, you don’t have exclusive access - like any beach visit, be courteous of others.
Wear appropriate footwear.
The weather changes quickly on the coast. Make sure you have a rain plan.
Beware: Red sand beaches can stain white outfits & shoes.
